1. Is Rocket Kids Club a licensed childcare facility?
Rocket Kids Club is an unlicensed recreational after-school program. We provide a safe, supervised environment with structured activities, but we are not a daycare or licensed childcare provider.

2. What ages do you accept?
We accept children from 5 to 12 years old.

3. What are your hours of operation?
Our program runs Monday through Friday, from 2:30 PM to 6:30 PM.

4. What activities are included in the program?
Depending on the plan, children enjoy:
- Indoor Playground access
- Arcade games
- Laser Tag or Virtual Reality (Ultra Star plan)
- Homework assistance

5. Do you provide transportation from school?
No, transportation is not included. Parents or guardians must drop off and pick up their children.

6. Is food included in the program?
No, food is not included. However, children can purchase snacks and drinks at Rocket Café.

7. Do you offer sibling discounts?
Yes, we offer a 10% discount off the total for siblings enrolled together.

8. Is there a registration fee?
No, there is no registration fee. You only pay for the weekly or monthly plan you choose.

9. Can I sign up weekly or monthly?
Yes, you can choose between weekly and monthly plans depending on your needs.

10. Who supervises the children?
Our team consists of trained and responsible staff members who monitor all activities to ensure a safe and fun environment.

11. What happens if I’m late picking up my child?
We understand unexpected delays may happen, but we ask parents to be punctual. Repeated late pickups may result in additional extended care charges.

Late Pick-Up Policy:

A 15-minute grace period is allowed after our 6:30 PM close time. After 6:45 PM, late fees apply at $1/minute per child. Staff are not available past 6:30 PM. Please plan accordingly.
