Fuel up for an epic adventure at Rocket World, your one-stop shop for indoor play fun! To ensure a safe and stellar experience for all space explorers, we have a few mission-critical indoor playground rules to follow. Buckle up, and let’s explore!
Navigate Safely: Walk-don’t-Run!
While excitement might fuel your rocket boots, we kindly ask everyone to walk inside the indoor playground. Running can lead to collisions, so let’s keep things safe and navigate at a cruising speed.
Obstacle Safety: Stay Grounded for Fun
Before you dive into space and the excitement of our playground, remember: no climbing on the obstacles. Though our structures are built tough, they aren’t designed to handle the weight of an adult. Plus, following our safety rules helps prevent slips and falls, ensuring everyone has a blast safely.
Fuel Up at Our Snack Stations
To keep your energy levels high, we have fantastic snack stations available for purchase. Wagons, coolers, outside food (except water), and beverages are not allowed inside the play area. This helps maintain a clean and safe environment for everyone.
Respect in the Arena: Play Fair, Play Safe
As you gear up for your laser tag adventure, remember: no physical contact is allowed. Points are earned by tagging the opposing player’s vest or laser gun, not by pushing or shoving. Engaging in physical contact will lead to removal from the game. Additionally, blocking the base, especially when out of lives, is strictly prohibited. Following these rules ensures a fun and safe experience for all our space explorers.
Laser Gun Safety: Two Hands for Precision and Protection
Before you embark on your galactic laser tag mission, remember to hold your laser gun with both hands. This not only improves your accuracy but also ensures your safety. Always keep the strap around your neck to prevent drops and damage to our equipment. Protecting our gear is crucial, but safeguarding our players is even more important.
Party Time! Additional Explorers and Fees
Planning a stellar party? Additional space explorers can join the fun for $29.99 each. Each child will receive the same services from the package.
Party Packages: Fueling Your Celebration
Our party packages include everything you need for a cosmic celebration! A 10% service fee covers adults attending the party, as well as ice, water, cutlery, and glasses. Please note that food and beverages are not permitted outside. We kindly ask for a minimum 15% tip for your party host and staff (not included in the service fee).

Decoration Do’s and Don’ts: Let Your Creativity Shine!
Bring your decorations to personalize your party space! However, a $100 decoration fee applies to ensure your decorations don’t damage the walls. The party room will be available 30 minutes before your party begins for decoration set-up. Complying with our decoration guidelines is part of our indoor playground rules.
Important Reminders: Policies and Cancellations
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your designated playtime to ensure a smooth launch of your adventure.
